Do you ever get irritated at little things?

Notice yourself feeling annoyed, peeved, pissed off, or snappy for no big reason?

You may be experiencing the effects of suppressed anger!

Women in our culture are often denigrated or dismissed when they express, (heaven forbid) any form of anger! Many of us were taught that anger is evil, unproductive, disruptive, unattractive, bitchy, and we are a bad person for feeling it, much less expressing it!

When we suppress or deny anger we can suffer:

        • Distortion in our relationship to power,
        • Stunted sovereignty and sense of self,
        • Inability to create and hold healthy boundaries,
        • Emotional exhaustion and burnout,
        • And studies show that repressing anger has a negative impact on your immune system!

However, anger is a natural human emotion with an important purpose. It tells us about what is not okay, what boundaries are important and needed, and is a potent source of life force!

      • The Egyptian Lion-Headed Goddess Sekhmet will be our ally on this journey to exploring and honoring sacred anger.

        The name Sekhmet means power.

She is a warrior, healer, fire goddess and dancer.

        She is creative and destructive.

She is associated with dis-ease and healing medicine.

Come join us. Through movement, dance, art, ritual and community we will befriend anger as a goddess-given, life-affirming energy, that with awareness and skill can help you live a fabulous life!

      • Our time together will include:

        • Rich CIRCLE time to amplify wisdom and insights,
        • Expressive ARTS to honor the sacred feminine,
        • Active IMAGINATION to open portals to the mystery unfolding,
        • DANCE to enliven our bodies and tap into archetypal energies,
        • RESTING, nesting,
        • and MORE!

$156 Early Bird Registration Price (by Oct. 1st)

$187 Full Price (after Oct. 1st)

Join us for a day filled with powerful ritual, soulful expression, inspired learning and like-minded women on the journey!
