    Cultivate skills that support your dance as a

    practice of movement medicine,

    conscious awakening and deep self-care. 

     

     

    GOOD TO KNOW:

    • There is a 6-10 week series every winter, spring, summer and fall.
    • Morning and evening options available.
    • In-Person SF Bay Area and At-Home/Online options available.
    • Pre-registration is required. You may join a circle at the beginning of any season.

  • All movement is at your own pace and intensity.

    Beginner and experienced movers welcome!

     

    THESE CIRCLES ARE FOR YOU IF:

    • Life challenges are wearing you thin, you feel distress/stress and yearn to release and renew, center and ground.
    • You need some support to get off your butt and move your body and spirit, knowing it's really okay to dance at your own pace for any reason, including body challenges or health issues.
    • You feel called to be part of a women's circle and community (that will be doing more than just talking) and feel drawn to the safety and deep presence of shared sacred temple time.
    • You know that self-care on a body/soul level is essential to your sanity.
    • You love to dance and want more joy and juice in your life!

     

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    The intangible magic that gets created when women gather to honor the mysteries of life through community, music, dance and ritual!

     

    A sense of profound presence that is difficult to express in words because it touches the ancient and current power, tenderness and mystery of your body/soul journey.

    • Ritual induction
    • Being with & naming intentions and prayers
    • Beautiful musical journey with spacious guidance for at-your-own-pace freeform movement (or stillness, stretching, meditation, journaling, self-care, etc)

    SUMMER LIGHT SPECIAL: If by May 27 you give the date(s) of your vacation/out of town missed class(es), you are eligible for a $25 credit(s) to a Fall 2025 Women’s BodyMystik Circle or pass(es) to a Solstice/Equinox Ritual. Fall circles will begin mid October.

    It’s important to me to make it possible for anyone who feels called to be able to attend! If you want to be there, we can work something out financially. Some discount options include:

    • Don't miss the Early Reg price! Reach out now if interested to get the ball rolling.
    • Bring a woman new to dancing with Heather and you BOTH get 30% off the Full Price!
    • Temple Helper work-trade partial discounts for In-Person circles: help with set-up, clean-up, and closing.
    • Financial aid/partial scholarships: For those with limited income and for BIPOC women.
